Here's how Barça can absolutely sign Neymar Jr next season!




Next season Barça can buy Neymar for €170M, PSG may or may not wanna sell, it's due to FIFA regulations, if a player has completed 3 seasons, and hasn't renewed his contract, he can change club if the club pays a certain amount of money. This money is calculated based on 
  • The amount player was signed for
  • Player's salary with current club
  • Age, club he was signed from, etc.

                              
According to all these regulations, Barça can sign Neymar Jr next season from PSG for a figure that comes out to be around €170M. Given the fact that Barça were willing to negotiate such a figure this summer itself, next summer is a done deal given the fact Neymar still has 4-5 years at absolute top level and is a great buy for any team. Barça can however, still sign Neymar cometh January, but that's unlikely to happen given the fact that FIFA regulations will apply from next summer.

The FIFA world cup is the highest level of the game of football. It has been held every 4 years since its inception in 1930 (expect 1942 & 1946 due to the second World War). The tournament has seen an expansion from 13 teams to the current version which has 32 and is expected to have that number increased to 48 in the 2026 version.  Current Format As per Wikipedia, "The current format involves a qualification phase, which takes place over the preceding three years, to determine which teams qualify for the tournament phase.
